I was given a review copy and I've already seen some ranking improvement. My main keyword has moved from 9-10 up to 2-3 now in just about a week. TAT was good and seems like a solid network. I provided my own articles (I always do) so I can't evaluate the quality of the articles that were provided.

I got a review from OP. I always outsource my SEO, I own a offline business and have no time to do it myself. So my approach is I don't care what metrics are promoted in the sales thread, I just buy the links and if I see results, I buy some more.

Review was for 2 blog posts, and here are the metrics promised:
PR 2-4.
DA 25+.
Different cms.
privacy protected.

I only checked the PR using a browser toolbar and both are PR2.

Here's the bottom line, though:

1 new kw appeared in the top 100. It was popping up and disappearing again for some time but now it seems to be here to stay. I only used this 1 kw with this service to isolate the ranking effects.

Kw is for a local search query in the dental niche with easy-medium comp.

1. Nice domains, high PA / DA and plenty of link juice flowing though - these links should work well.
2. Article posted exactly as I asked for, even with correct use of anchor text - didn't have to ask twice the OP was perfect first time.

Overall I'm impressed, depending on how these links get indexed I might actually hook up for a full order. It's a decent service and should rank medium terms no problem

OP got my article published on a high DA and high PR website, which has a really nice themes.

One thing for sure, is that this website DA looks great! Got a clean link from a PR 2 website with less than 200 links and DA of 27, which looks like every normal Websites.

Till date, my link is still in Homepage of this domain and my website ranking is gradually going positive.
