Next step of creating web 2.0

So I just started manually building my first web 2.0 and i'm wondering what the next step is...
I know what to do as far as content, but I have a few questions I would appreciate being answered.
I head that I should add tier 1-3 backlinks to the web 2.0... is that true?
I also heard that I should blast the web 2.0 with PNB links.
Lastly should i index

Not really. You can blast Your manual web2.0 (this is ur tier 1) with a tool like Gsa.

PBN not PNB, are usually Your quality links, so u can point them to ur money site.

Use social signal on tier 1 (web 2.0s) as well as money. Create some other types of links afor your money site as well as web 2.0s just to diversify your link profile.

We are B'Hatters too mate. We also use PBN's.
We just implement different strategy than you.
Now there are those who will agree with you, but that is just their opinion.
At the end of the day, who knows what will work, right?

Build quality Web 2.0 properties. Use images, videos, random length quality articles, not stock theme. Treat them like a mini money site. make quality, not quantity, links to them. After you build a few up point to money site and enjoy serp rise

I'm not a big fan of forum profile links as they come across as a bit spammy. That's just my view of things. Maybe if you could get five or ten profile backlinks from really high page rank sites, that would be different. But not 1000 profile links from random (mostly pr0) forums. Not worth it.
