My review:

The TAT was a bit longer than expected (6 days instead of 3) and the article had a few minor grammatical mistakes (3-4). Overall, article is well-written and looks like a real view - it presents positive and negative points ending with a positive conclusion.

While it's way better than your average $5 article, i wouldn't say it's worth $15 per 500 words. A few sentences were repeated over and over while a few main poins of the products weren't touched.

Thanks for your honest feedback. I'd like to address a few points though:

- We actually delivered in 4 business days. Please remember that weekends are off and we do mention it in our BST.

- We are sorry the article had a few minor errors but in such cases, although rare, we are happy to edit and polish. You just needed to ping us and we would have fixed this for you.

- Take into account that for deeper research on the product's features and details, the ideal option would be our Professional Review as stated in our BST as well. But again, if you feel a very key feature was left out of the review, that's something that could have been fixed of course too, by asking for a revision.

That said, we hope that your experience with us has been positive overall and if you still need your article polished, don't doubt to get back to us.

Samples sent! As far as word count, that really depends on the product you need to review. 500 words is the very minimum but I'd say anything between 700 and 1000 words should be plenty to touch every important aspect of most products in a review.
