1. There are numerous occassions, when serpbook can show url as missing like dancing(i explained that above), url switching(another url of same domain starting to rank) etc. Point is dancing is usual and happens and tracking is done by a third party tool. I choose those graphs because they were the latest 2 and the ones which you pointed were 3 months old. But anyways, the same logic applies to them as well, dancing or url switching, point is ranking improved and that is what we work hard to achieve.

Have been using blaze power seo, since december of last year, right when it started. Have given them multiple websites so far and have got plenty of front page rankings for those website. They have ranked more then 10 keywords on front page so far for us and more on the second page which are continously moving up.
The support provided is good as well, with Secretboy08 being online on skype almost always to answer my questions. The traffic has already increased and we are already reaping the benefits of using this service. Would be using this service for a long period of time.

I am into the first month of this service and have given them 2 keywords, the results have been so good that i ordered a second package within a week. Currently both the keywords of the first package have advanced to 4th position on front page with this service. Best of all they keep me communicated with what work is going on and what improvements are coming. Their support is always at hand!
For the second package which i just ordered a week ago, the keywords have started jumping up today and am happy with the ranking improvement for this package as well.
All in all, they got my 2 keywords to 4th position, so pretty happy. Will continue to use this service in the longer-term.
