Well, this seems like another case of "fuck all customers!" which is quickly becoming the norm for BHW so it seems. All i have to do is chase sellers and threaten paypal disputes. I can deal with delays if these delays are communicated well. But i can't deal with arrogance. Your shiny sales graphic, your offer is WORTHLESS if you can't even communicate properly with your buyers.
I'll wait another 48 hours but will put in a paypal dispute if you are unwilling to deliver or adress the issues raised.

Review:
Wanted some Web2.0's with multiple articles to use as T1's. Just received the report today and I'm pleased with the work. All links were live. Articles are readable and seemed well researched, I'm quite pleased. There were even videos and infographics in the sites. These should do well to blast to Thanks! A little patience will pay off in some really nice properties. I'm happy.

Dear valued customers,
On behalf of our Web 2.0 production & support team, please accept our sincere apologize for the delay occurred to some orders
due to unpredictably severe systemic problem affected our backbone structure about 3 weeks ago, although earlier identified
minors seems to be started on the earlier period.
We have to apologize for the undeniably fact this was not communicate in proper extend and may had causing certain degree
of unexpected miss understanding prior to the post.
We have sent individual message to each customer which order has delayed, to ensure problem communicated and solution
given properly addressed, and every customer will have their individual order target date of completion. At the moment, we
are expecting to have responses from few customers on certain required information, which we will follow with updates.
One thing which we can assure of, additional precautionary measures have been placed to ensure this kind of systemic
issue from reoccurred from today onward. One thing to appreciate is the fact that in this industry, this thing can happen
and disrupt service delivery in various levels.
We would like to thank you for our customers patients during the difficult time we had, and their continuing support
in trusting our Web 2.0 service which has been greatly appreciate from each individual soul in our team which has
done tired-less efforts to overcome the problem we had back then.
We are now back on track again and more than ready to serve our valued customers with the best Web 2.0 service
available in the industry, and (thanks to our repetitive customer from France..merci) we have just received another
repetitive orders few minutes ago
Individual PM has been sent to those who are in needs of our Web 2.0 samples as well.

I was one of the orders that IMCapitalist got super late. Like, really really late. But I accepted his apology and I got my order today earlier.
The customization and amount of unique articles was impressive. I was pleased with the images, videos etc. The written content was painfully obvious that it was not native english speakers, but thats ok. Because they make up for it with extreme customization and realistic flow of articles.
I have to admit -- I chuckled and was very impressed with the level of blog-like flow and detail you put into it. My theme was based on a medical theme. My keyword wasnt AIDS, but let's say it was AIDS therapy, for the sake of this review.
Take one blog for example: IMCapitalist's writer writes one post that says how pissed off he was that he got AIDS, another post details how his grandpa died of AIDS because of lack of proper medication. Another post has a video on AIDS information, and an infographic on AIDS in america. Again, I am using AIDS as an example, it was not my keyword.
I was honestly impressed and frankly got a great laugh out the realism you put forth with this.
I particularly enjoyed the post you did about the narrator's friend who got sick, but it was OK because her family had access to the best care because they are rich, but they could use emotional support.
Aside from the lateness and the bad english grammar, I gotta hand it to him, they did a great job otherwise, and it isnt just a bunch of spun articles. They are spaced apart by days, naturally, also.
As long as their TAT gets fixed, I recommend them for natural web 2.0s
