Yea its true for that.Also about your poll.I have experience with namecheap.I ve been using them for 1 year.No problem at all.I read some mixed reviews for bluehost but for the other 2 hosting companies i cant help you.

I'm unsure if you can pay by Indian debit card, but Knownsrv is a pretty good option for shared hosting. I have had very little downtime issues with them, and the support is pretty responsive.​
