Instagram App: About and Question

Hello. I am planning to buy FL actually. But after reading other thread discussing about how IG is banning people and about FL is becoming less and less usable. As for right now, I am doing just Follow and Unfollow on my iPhone app.

So my question is:

1-How to Unfollow from the oldest one I followed first?
On the Gallery =>"following" tab, is it listed from newest to oldest I followed?
Can I just unfollow from above? Or do I have to scroll painfully: LOL

2-Is it also dangerous for me to mass follow/unfollow exceeds the limit on App?

stop doing follow/unfollow (instagram hates it).. and focus on great content ;-)

i used to do everything (follow/unfollow) manually usng the IG app on my phone....and yes you need to scroll PAINFULLY low

On an aged account, I was able to follow a lot more users on my iphone than using a bot.

Never had any bans. Pretty sure it has to do something with the age account and the fact that I'm using IG's app to do it.

I know its kinda annoying, but with just follow/comment/liking we can get follower faster. It's not like I will do it everyday. It's just that with more follower, we get more "likes", engagements, and get our motivation up. With just hashtag we put, we would not get follower. That's why some of us even use the bot, because using the App we have to spend a lot of time.
