need advice about redirect

i have 6 domains related to my niche with over-optimalization anchor penetly. i want to use them somehow. Now i have one big website in that niche. I need you advice. What would you chose:

1. post some content on this domains and put backlink to my current website
2. redirect domains to some web 2.0 properties website, that link to my website
3. forget about these domains
3. some other?

last time i had redirected one domain to inner page - my page droped about 20 positions. i removed redirection, and now is nowhere. still building links i hope, that inner page will be back in serp

i want use them as good backlinks source.

is it necessary to disavow backlinks befeore I backlink to my new website?

Just disavow Backlinks and submit reconsideration request to Google. I'm pretty sure it should work. Once after the penalty is lifted you can do all the things you listed here and everything gonna work great for sure... Keep posting articles with and without links.. Try to build backings to the domains like web 2.0 .. It should work.. All the best..
