I ordered a video yesterday for a new project I am working on and today, less than 18 hours later I get an email to make sure it is acceptable.
This was after an immediate, real life person contacted me on Skype to go over my order and make sure they understood what I was trying to accomplish.
And... the video is not some cookie cutter slap together fiverr gig either. Real nice, high quality and worth more than what we spent. The content in the description was well written and written with SEO in mind as well.
Typical of Sumit though, he always over delivers whether you are a first time buyer, a long time client or a friend that has a need.

great service, wish i could see some sample videos
I ordered this service 2 months ago but I am dissapointed .
The video they are supposed to rank doesn't even show up in the first 5 pages of Dailymotion and it's stuck at 5719 views. I contacted their support numerous times for a refund (since according to them "We will refund 100% of your money if we don't move your video rankings on SERPs") but their answer is always "we'll continue working until your video gets ranked" which I find hard to believe since they didn't even finish sending all the promised views . I wish I could say otherwise but I don't recommend buying this service .
