You don't have to worry about that because if you follow the method (Use a fake Facebook account, and delete the app when you finish using it) the token will be removed and your account is 100% safe.

The method says to use a FAKE Facebook account to comment on posts; I don't recommened you to use your real account/page to comment on posts because there are Facebook users who might report your comment to Facebook if it's not related to the post or has a link outside of Facebook.

And they don't care? For f-sake, they even have adsense on the site, this seems to be legit in the eyes of google and facebook too.Facebook already knows about this.

You can use this method to increase likes on your comments and then have a link for your fan page so that more people will like your page.

I mean this is obviously cheating. You're pumping likes with an app which is not allowed, and you can't place adsense on such sites, it's in their tos. And likelikego has adsense. So that's strange.
But I don't care. This is awesome and I'm gonna use it while it lasts.

Why when i click to access token and agree website access to my account i always received message "Success

BEFORE that message shows up, look at the URL of that page and copy the Access Token as explained in this thread.

When I trying to rank a comment on a video or photo, what parts need to be copied and pasted for it, seeing the link is quite a bit different?? Thanks in advance!

You need to copy the post ID and the comment ID and make them in this format:
POSTID_COMMENTID

I've been able to get it to work for comments on a status but that seems to be it.
So for example, the url to the page with comment ID looks something like this:
video.php?v=XXXXXXXXXXX&comment_id=YYYYYYYYYY&offset=zzzzz&total_comments=zzzz
The end result should look something like right?
XXXXXXXXXXX_YYYYYYYYYY
Now take a photo as an example
pagename/photos/XXXXXXXXXXX/YYYYYYYYYYYYY/?type=1&comment_id=ZZZZZZZZZ&offset=aaaa&total_comments=bbbb
Would you put the X's and Y's together for an end result like this?
XXXXXYYYYYYY_ZZZZZZ
