Hey everyone. All of those who can remember me, now that I focus only on mobile now as I've had the most success with it. My latest project took about 4.5 months and I finally published it to all the app stores earlier last week. After about a week of metrics, I can see that I'm getting about $28eCPM. Which is a little lower than I would like for mobile.

You can check out my latest project here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dedsphere.zombbomb

I am running a two pronged approach to monetization. Running In App Purchases and V4VC (video for virtual currency) as well as a few interstatials that can be skipped.

Not sure if maybe it's a little too heavy on the video ads.

As always, I welcome suggestions and welcome any questions to those who might be looking into mobile marketing.

Thanks,

Cnotey

It says 1-5 installs, I always wondered how accurate that stat is? Have you actually had enough traffic to properly evaluate cpm? Is it true that it's better to go free on Google and paid on Apple? How exactly are you marketing the app, are you paying for ads? Just a few basic questions that I've been curious about.

1-5 installs and you're evaluating your CPM?
1) If the gameplay is addictive go for in app purchases + free rewards such as tapjoy and the others for users who don't spend money for games.
2) Don't annoy your users with the ads if the Step 1) works fine.

under 5 installs and already 3 reviews....Good thing its not on itunes as we all know how that would end.....

Install counts take about a week to catch up, just like Youtube views, etc. Have about 10k installs so far according to my analytics.

I suggest you take better screenshots of your app, the ones you have are a bit off, and they could be more profesional like, there are web pages online that put your screenshots in smartphone screens so they look more reliable and user friendly.

Could you improve the screens, making it more striking perhaps better downloads, you still got very few facilities to check the eCPM. You develop the application?
