First off, I've already messaged my account manager at CPAGrip, I just opened up an account with them last night and I'm awaiting their response on whether or not they accept traffic from InstaGram. I currently own an InstaGram account that averages 400-500 likes per picture and last night, I decided to do a test. I posted a give away a few hours ago on my page, I posted a picture of what I was going to give away to one of my followers and said "Submit your entry at the link in my bio", the link was to a WuFoo form that I created.
In just the few hours that I posted this giveaway, I've already had 40 entries, take a look at the following photo:

The idea that came to my mind I believe is quite awesome, why not just content lock the form that the users submit their entry on for the give away? At the 40 submissions I've had, that'd be at least $60 I would've made. Since they want the give away, a majority will fill out the survey.
Editing this thread because I forgot to add this in. I also made a requirement that for users entries to be valid, they must not only complete the form but they must also tag three friends on the give away post, here are the results:

Let me know what you think!
