Links per Article!

I use 2 contextual links in my 600 words article pointing to two different pages of my client.

Link out as appropriate, do not force things. So long as its all natural, you shouldnt have problems.

Occasional? I think you wanna say "rarely". The best approach to authority links is to be vigilant for opportunities to obtain them, but it is most likely fruitless to waste time in seeking them out.
