Hello !
Maybe it is a question in wrong place but i have some sad situation.
I was positioning a website for a company for 6 month i have taken a deposit for this work but the owner of the company hasnt paid me after the work was finished. This website is on the positions as aggreed in the contract for the keywords as aggreed ...

My question is how i can remove this website from SERP or make it going down very quickly ?

thank in advance for advices

umm spam it hehe
Not sure but I know a lot of people were having problems with PRStorm and indexing their sites and such... maybe you could use this program to do this
it will build a lot of backlinks instantly and will sure ban it
Tu hablas espa~ol?

Espanol , ingles , aleman y polaco :)

I live in Spain since 5 years , im polish , and i was learning english since i was 5 :)

haha sabes muchos idiomas
los unicos que yo se son Ingles y Espa~ol
Pero anyways trata lo que te dije y si no te sale yo te ayudo ;)

Give the guy an ultimatum first. Tell him he will lose his rankings if he doese not pay you for your work. That way... at least there is a slight chance of you getting your money.

this is the reason i tend to make sure my client host with us too - not only do you get more money for hosting but you can always pull their site down too for non payment ;)

do you have ftp access to their account???

i also always get 100% fund up front and tell them i will give them a refund of x amount if we do not perform after x months... ie if not on 1st page google they will recieve x amount back... this is of course they dont host with us...

really its kinda difficult to retract all the work youve been doing for the past 3 months...

sucks but take it as a lesson learnt... did you get a written contract or anything?

start putting their links in forums that don't allow them, say oscommerce's forums...

I have a similar problem, and have suggested small claims, and more without any response. I am about to go to any lengths to ensure their hosting account gets dropped. They are on host gator btw...
Any suggestions?

Look at their TOS and see what is related to their site or just say they have a pirated software(nulled script) in they website or something like that
