I would like to pay someone $4 to PayPal for doing some niche relevant blog commenting for me.

I would like this to be done manually with some specific instructions.

30-40 manual comments would be nice. Anyone interested? Links will be needed to verify the comments. Shouldn't take longer than like half an hour.

I priced this job based on the amount of time it would take. If the job takes 20 minutes the person who takes this job is still making around $10.00 an hour on average.

Did I price this wrong? $4 for 1 blog comment seems pretty steep, no? I was in no way trying to low-ball or cheat anyone out of anything, especially time.
