Any non Israeli PPI ?

Hi,

Most PPIs are from Israel ? Or at least the one that I tried which are Amonetize, Revenyou and Installerex.

Is there another good PPI (like Amonetize in rates) that is not based on Israel ?

InstallMonetizer did not approve my account for few weeks now. And perinstallcash it is using Amonetize.

How do I generate a .exe with Media-Kings ? It anly create landing pages. Can I download the .exe from their landing page and upload it to my server ?

Cashmylinks missed march payments ,their offer have change and don't convert too well, and the AM does not reply to emails, answer skype calls. So.. yeah.

I tried Cinstaller. No click tracking, zip in a zip installer file. One offer. It was kinda bad to be honest.

I tried Cinstaller too. They are using amonetize. LOL! They are just using zip within a zip. I just signed up never bother directing traffic into them since I already have amonetize. Same in perinstallcash both use amonetize
