Fiverr blocking my Shoutout Gig for the second time without ANY notification or reason.

As the title says, this is the second time I have had my well selling and 5-star rated shoutout gig blocked by the retarded Fiverr team.

By blocking, I do not mean getting a 'blocked' or 'declined' status, but still staying as 'active', but not appearing anywhere in the search engines, my profile or anywhere else. Just accessible by the direct website link to it.

This, however gets worse, as for the second time NOBODY NOTIFIES ME OR GIVES ME ANY REASON, as to 'Why the heck?'. I just find this out for myself, when inquiries and orders just fall down by 2000% and I realize something is wrong.

Sir, they just have a problem with priorities. On the Instagram shoutout niche, the system has been set to give more importance to new Gigs and to old, super-badass, 50+ orders gigs. And they will always answer you that you're absolutely infringing a third party(instagram) ToS, selling stuff that you've been told you can't.
You are obviously thinking "yeah but why me? that dude next to my gig has 3 orders in 6 month.."... well, seems like fiverr system is the sh*t, I agree.

Should just ask them why. If they say it violates some TOS, then I guess you should find some other marketplace.

I'm a level 2 seller, I've (unfortunately) got some experience on the marketplace searching system. It's not a bug, they set it in this way, on purpose. They want their Top Seller on top, then lv2, then the brand new gigs from newbies, then lv1, then old gigs from newbies. Of course, I'm making it too easy, it's just a "guideline".

You'd better create a brand new gig, or go out of that hell named Support Team. They'll make you wait 10-12 hours for any answer, saying exactly what I told you on the first answer. Good luck sir

I can talk quite professionally to people who do the same with me, so I'll just disregard your remark. You think I would use classifications like this one before they did something, which I did not like? (and actually for the second time)

Just to mention, I am also a LvL 2 seller.

Anyways, I have contacted the Fiverr Support Team even before I wrote this post, getting the same answer as zangar93 said. But then again, I also did receive it last time I had to make a new Gig for the same reason.

This is not at all connected to copyright infringement, but just the fact that they take their rules 'out from the air' so to say. Last time when I asked them, which terms EXACTLY do you infringe with my Gig, I just got a 'resolved' status to my ticket. Before that I was convinced that my Gig appeared in the search engine, when it obviosly did not (I reffer to this as pure lying)

So then please tell me again this is not jewish behavior, taking a dollar out of every 5 you make for this lovley support. I would rate it with -5 stars.

i believe copying other sellers is not allowed, maybe that's why or it can be the picture you're trying to use when you create the gig

and i wouldn't be too surprised if the whole shoutout thing would be restricted after selling likes/followers/accs is not allowed either, you won't find this exactly anywhere in their TOS, they only say that if something is not allowed on the 3rd party site, it's not allowed on fiverr either, i don't know what's instagram take on selling shoutouts, but i'd say it's a grey area at best

Contact to them and see what if they can reply to you, since most of them rely on fiverrr, if it totally happened with then tomorrow with someone.

I totally agree with that part. As I said, Instagram CLEARLY states that selling, renting, buying, earning, etc.etc. ANYTHING on the social network is 100% forbidden. It's part of Terms of Service, you agreed. Fiverr will always have the rights on its side saying that your gig doesn't deserve to be in Search Engine as a 3rd party Tos infringement.
Now...the reason why you got kicked out and the others are still grinding money with shoutouts is another problem. But it's legit, you're out, they're right.
I'm sorry, I've been in your position more than once.

I am a buyer, not a seller. So I see this from a different perspective. When I can't buy something I want on fiverr I go to SEO Clerks. Can you just switch the venue you advertise in?

I don't know man, to be honest, reading it in Italian made me think something like "any way of making money with our stuff will make you kicked out"... Switching in English makes things a little less clear, I've to admit it. They of course will never use the word Shoutout in a legal document, I think Shoutout is not even a real word, but as you just told me, they don't exclude "selling an advertisement space on your account"....again, I don't know.

I'd expect them to use terms like 'paid for' ads, posts, photos, media etc. Doing a search for selling on instagram, I haven't found anything related to it being forbidden yet. Yeah, so would really like to know as well.

They operate the same as FB in terms of user experience.
