Question regarding PayPal to Indians

Hello BHW Indian Members
I have a PayPal India Account which is verified with Bank Account and Debit Card but is not verified with PAN Card as i don't have it . I used it for sending payments . But Now I want to receive and withdraw Payments coming from My CPA account .
So that's my question can I receive payments without verifying PAN Card . I have Linked My ICICI Bank Account and Debit Card

Yes I Know it's easy . I have applied for it and it will come after 30 days But My CPA Payout threshold is near than it . So I want t receive Payment without PAN Card

use someone's PAN card in your home or relatives and register a new paypal account for receiving funds. Pan may take 10 days only if you applied directly in local office.

My PayPal Isn't Limited It's just Unverified with PayPal

Getting a PAN card is easy, without PAN card you cant withdraw your money.. use some of your friends verified paypal until you get your PAN

No man, It'll never work like that. I'm a indian paypal user.

You need a pan card with the same name you registered with paypal and bank account, else it'll not be accepted. Only your pan card will work.
