You're correct about estranged relatives finding each other sexually attractive. If I remember correctly, the Westermarck effect wouldn't have prevented him from copulating with his daughter because they weren't able to become sexually desensitised to each other.

According to the article:

So it looks like a lot more than just GSA going on. I get he is her father and he as a right to be in her life at any age but it does seem suspicious. Makes me wonder if he conditioned her to believe incest is right because "the royal family" done it.

Also, she better watch out for her daughter/sister. If he has no problem fucking her, he might just go after his young daughter/granddaughter (shit that was weird to type).
