he said need 2- 3 hours to adding profile after payment sent
i was confused, maybe he is a scammer?

I suggest you wait a couple of hours. That's not really a long time to wait is it?
If you have any questions it's best that you direct them to him; THEN if he would'nt reply in a couple of days you could always contact OldSalt.
