[HELP] ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server

I was using Filezilla till yesterday, it was fine.
But today I'm getting a error

ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server

I googled and tried some suggested things like turning Firewall OFF .. but couldn't fix it.

Anybody facing the same issue?

if you have access to FileZilla Server (on your HOST) make sure you don't have the option active external IP or check your firewall settings to make sure its not blocking access to FTP Ports

Automatically, Now I can access FTP of 1and1 hosting but have problem with ipage?

Does this still mean I might have firewall problem in my laptop?

The packets aren't reaching the server. Try disabling your windows firewall and any third party ones that might be part of your av. Also check your server to see if its ip address filtered. Try using a port checking website and see if the site can see port 21 open on your server

Thank You for the suggestions guyz its working as normal now. I assume it was some issue with Hosting Server Firewall.

Actually I figured out that my ip was changing frequently (every second or less than that)... I don't know how did that happen..

But I used a cmd :
ipconfig/release and then ipconfig/renew and my problem was solved.
