hello. if i download videos from amazon and upload it to youtube with good description and tags, and then redirect visitors to amazon with aff.link in description - is it allowed? or they'll ban me for this)

If you upload videos with your aff links then it is spam for Amazon. Unless you know how to fake the referer you will get banned.

Post your links on YOUR Facebook or Twitter account then lead your viewers to those social networks instead. Or you can risk it a bit and try to make the links unclickable. That way the viewers can only copy & paste the links which makes Amazon unable to trace the source, then spam your social accounts with those links to clean them.

I think YouTube won't allow it either. A friend of mine got his video taken down that was an amazon product review with his aff link in the discription.

Create a landing page or buy a domain and hosting and post your amazon links on there.
Send Youtube viewers to your site to click on your amazon links.

Amazon will not ban as long as you have unique content on your site and they could really care less where your traffic comes from.

Uploading copyright videos is only a way to terminate your account. Don't do such bad things if you promote the affiliate links you can but the videos should be yours own.
