How many total unfollows do you do a day?

Ive been doing 300-325 the last 4 days but wanted to bump it up higher. Im not sure thats a good idea obviously so I wanted to get some input from the community here.

My account is 3 years old with 600+ photos. My delays are 62-72 seconds as well.

Unfollowing only for 4 straight days on a few accounts. All of them got banned. But that was a while ago though.

400 a day? 7-800? You guys have no fear I'm probably too conservative at 200-250 a day, no phone verification, no bans so far all running smoothly

No BS i am Unfollowing one week straight when i get to 7k following, 850- 900 a day, bot is running 14 to 16 hrs a day. Plus liking 1k photos. I do not comment tho, after this ban wave. it is scary to comment.
