Hi

Start count was 17,762 and new count is 25,200 for the 5,000 order. So it appears to have been delivered.

I'm not sure what you mean by other page? Do you mean other service. All service providers compare growth against the start count when determining order completion, so if you order 5,000 from multiple sources at the same time they're all going to say completed which is why we mention in our TOS to not have concurrent orders with multiple providers to one url.
