Sounds like fucking BS to me. How much genuine Ralph Loren products can you get for 500 Euros?

I had a friend who had something similar happen. He would go to the local Salvation Army store and buy second hand Nike and UnderArmour clothing, then turn around and list it on eBay. Sold a lot of used clothing this way. Well eventually eBay would no longer allow him to list these articles because he wasconsidered to be in direct competition with Nike and UnderArmour. He called eBay and explained that he was only selling second had clothing not new, but it made no difference. It was the volume of a certain product (ie. Nike, UnderArmour} that he was selling.The account wasn't banned but limited on what he could sell. I would say that that these big brands are possibly putting pressure on eBay. Obviously the big guys want someone to buy a $50 t-shirt from them not several used shirts from some ordinary Joe for $10 each.

EURO and GBP are different currency's GBP is more than EURO. The stock is bankrupt businesses.

Same thing happened to me, I amateurly listed a "buy it now" listing with fake name brand speakers and put the quantity available at 5 (yes I know, idiot move).

This tread has so much false info lol.
First, OP, eBay probably soft linked you to your old account, that's why the ban. any time they tell you some very blunt "we dont feel safe" and their decision doesn't make sense...it means you were linked and they aren't telling you.
I sell a lot more higher end than "ralph lauren". The whole clothing/bose headphones/apple products etc (basically VERO rights and things commonly counterfeited) is hard to sell fakes on. you may last a while but you'll eventually get banned. it's like a investor trying to beat the market, he might win for a little bit, but eventually he'll get his a** handed to him.
i don't sell in bulk. i think any time you list 3,5,10,5,000 of the same items...they think you are a businessman and want proof. if you are in the US they will ask for invoices and will call the company to confirm (there was a BRILLIANT post years ago i saw of someone make fake invoices and actually went the length to make a fake website/phone/email of the supplier...so paypal called his supplier (aka himself lol) to confirm and he was re-instated). they asked me for invoices, i sent what i had (about 10% of my items, and i was good to go).
Second, and probably the biggest. list 2-3 things at first (no more) that you know you can sell. sell them. get positive feedback. than slowly add more. I think i had 10 items/$1,000 selling limit at start. sold 3 things first month. end of 6 months my selling limit was 300 items/$150,000.
also i am in USA, so they are probably nicer to me than other countries which have history of fakes
