Don't try cheap services directly to your money sites. Even sometimes you get initial results they will harm quickly. I recommend to build some Tier1 pilot links and then go for cheap services to these pilot sites to be safe.

Are you going for a cheap blackhat churn and burn approach or longterm greyhat? I suggest web 2.0s + tier 2 contextuals for the latter, SAPE and spam for the former
