Like I said in email - your deposit has been flagged by our payment safety systems for further inquiry. You will need to contact us through your primary Paypal email address to lift limitations on your account.

We run multiple fraud detection systems on our panel which help identify high risk transactions. Unfortunately yours was flagged - this can of course sometimes be a mistake, however if we don't follow protocol for each flagged transaction there isn't much use in us paying over a thousand a month on these systems.

You mentioned in email that your primary email address has been lost, so unfortunately we will refund that deposit to the paypal account. I understand that this may be frustrating if you are in fact the account holder and got flagged, however we have to follow our systems to minimize our risks. (which are not insignificant)
