Well not really , in my opinion OP should create a blog site , buy a domain , add some articles and drive traffic from social sites , I still do remember , shit nostalgic days , when I firstly started , I had almost nothing to start with , I can't forget the first dolla I made online , another thing OP can do its to buy a VPN , create some PVA accs and start selling'em

Platforms? All hit or miss so far. I like Amazon and blogger, but I am still learning parasites.

Seems to me the best variant is a creating of new content site.
You can buy new domain name, install wordpress with free theme and write interesting content.

Man, for $9 you might as well cash it out and buy 9 $1 scratch lotto tickets. At least that way you have some chance of a positive outcome. If you win, then you have enough money for some solid gains.
 
buy a domain and start your journey... free hosting can be found etc. - all this will help you learn more which is most important.

it doesnt take a lot of money to make money....it takes time and effort. buy a domain - best money you can buy as you can work off it forever

the real question is finding an available domain you like and what to do with it
 
with $9 you can buy $1 gig off seoclerk and sell it on fiverr for $5. classic arbitrage
