What else should I do to rank my site?

Hi guys

Currently I do these things to rank my site:

• Write several 400 to 500 word articles on a silo structured site weekly
• Backlink from web 2.0s on high PR blog sites such as wordpress.com, tumblr and weebly with spun content
• Post updates to social media profiles for the site on facebook and twitter

What are the important things I'm missing?

Links from pages (not sites) with PR.

What you're describing is a blog network which is one of the easiest ways to do it. You can also try doing guest posts or buy editorial links. You could also buy public blog network links, but those never last long.

Keep on eye on what platform you post your links as popular link exchange sites often get slapped by google. At least one large guest blogging network got hit last year around march or april I think. I've read it on J. King's blog. Google gets frenzy when you do something they don't like, but this isn't new . Good ranking for you

with PR? its not really a good ranking factor anymore...

Get moz toolbar and find pages with low obl and links to the page your comments on or posting to

For boosting your website on rank all you need is HQ articles. If you are able to post HQ articles everyday you can become sucessfull
