geo targeting is possible but dependent on niches and the locations you want to target. Facebook groups are very good for local targeting. There're hundreds of local groups for any metros in US, Canada and UK.
50 - 500 daily is typical as explained in the initial thread. But the traffic is largely dependent on the quality of your content. You could get much more than 500 a day if you have really interesting content and stay with the service long enough.
One user with our system is able to generate one million visits a month by exclusively using posts to Facebook groups. Here's how traffic is exactly generated.

2. People will share some of your content in other groups, pages and timelines.
