"Channel recomends X" annotation.

I've been working on my e-book which is relative to my (Completely whitehat) education niche channel, and I've seen that other channels have a "Recommended item" at the bottom left of their video. If you click on it, it brings you to a purchase page and I've been trying to find it for quite some time.

Unfortunately if you try to do a search for recommended items on youtube, you're flooded with hundreds of thousands of League of Legends videos.

Does anyone know what this feature is, how to access it, etc?

I'm partnered through a network and I have every feature unlocked in the channel features partition of the you-tube page, can you direct me to where I can find this feature?
