They are all much pretty the same. If you want to go without any bots i suggest you to go with adfly. Reason is that people know adfly and know when it open the site to click on SkipAdd.

adfoc us is a total scam I used it for some non adsense monetised websites and they did not pay for no actual reason

In my opinion linkbuks is good, adfocus too, earnings are not bad. from 1000 mixed clicks you can expect 1$.
Adfly is the best paying but it very easy to get banned.
