To be honest, I haven't purchased the service yet. But I downloaded one of the Sample zip files from the Article Rat website. Looking through a few of them they just look like really poorly spun articles. Some sentences don't make any sense and some of the seemingly spun words just don't fit the context. My two cents.
The articles are totally garbage. People use this kind of quality and wondering why their PBNs were banned from google? You can't use them for tier1 . I asked seller which ones were handy written and he didn't respond to me. May be they were all spun .

I just read your email and the reply our manager gave you; he still didn't manage to reply to your second email just yet. As you might imagine we are rather busy and sometimes you got to be a bit patient before receiving a reply.
The articles are low quality, no doubt; nobody has ever put that into question; that's what we sell and we are very upfront about it. That being said, "People use this kind of quality and wondering why their PBNs were banned from google?" when customers order, they have the opportunity to check throughout our extensive list of samples as well as being able to contact us via Skype if they have any further questions. So if after checking, you consider the articles good enough for your PBN, that is your decision and not ours. We provide articles, NOT SEO advice.
From time to time, some people order expecting decent quality articles to use on their money sites and after they receive the order they feel shocked with the quality. When you are paying less than $1 per article, quality should not be expected. The articles are built for bulk SEO, and those who can understand their use will save a lot of money. We have a few SEO agencies who order regularly from us (usually 10k+ articles a month).
In regards to your "handy written" question; we use a specific method that we have previously explained dozens of times. First the alpha article is written by our team (yea, real writers), then this article is sent over to the quality control, who will read and make sure the alpha product is up to standard. This is then sent to the processor who uses a series of custom made programs based on synonym expansion and other variables. After the processor is done, the articles are then zipped (according to your needs: txt, docx, titles separated) and sent over to you.
