What is the difference between mixed PR and high PR packages? What is the minimum PR in High PR Package? Can you give us an idea how many PR 1, PR2 or PR3 etc.?

Also you mentioned these are not homepage links so what PR the pages containing the links will have? If the links are not from High PR pages then what good will it do to my rankings? For example blogger root domain has high pr but any blog we create and put a link there back to our site doesn't mean the high PR will flow to our page. I hope you understand what I mean. So please let me know what PR the pages containing the link will have?

Too early to tell about any ranking improvements yet but I will report back in a week.
