Paypal is safe for your clients, they don't trust you and you don't trust them, if you will move from Paypal some of them will probably leave you.
Better something than nothing, if you will satisfy your client there will be no reason he will want a refund, although there are some assholes in this world nothing to do with it.
If it was me (client) I would never send money trough Western Union nor wire transfer and sh1t like that.

i trust paypal with my money most of the times
never had any issues with my CPA payments or payments sent
