You can have new credit card, but what billing info will you use? If you have another computer, still the internet provider will be same. So the ip range will be same. So that will cause another red flag.

I have had more than one account banned by logging into the account from two different IP address at the same time that were in two different countries. Was this the case OP? In my case, I logged into my account on my desktop (US IP) and then logged in from my virtual server on another computer (European IP) forgetting I was logged in on my desktop - I was immediately banned for "suspicious activity" - That ban was auto lifted in a few days. I've been dumb enough to do that more than once.

But good thing was, you get auto lifted in 2 days, most cases it wont happen for many others.

Hi, There is not much use even if you can create a new account, it takes you weeks to get new account into working, and moreover you cannot use your old credit card. You have to change your computer, get new ip and make everything into new way. But this is bit lengthy process.
I do have suggestion as well, why dont you buy agency account and start working on them right immediately?

Hi, I'm from Bulgaria and I have similar problems with FB. I get banned many times with many diffirent accounts.
It was easier to get an advertising FB account in 2014 because there was an option for Business accnounts, but not any more.

I'm really interetes in buying Agency Account.

Can you explain me what is Agency Accnout ( is it simillar like old Business Accounts?), How can I get one?

i think your account have activities regularly with many month, you choose a good visa to add (never run ads before)
IP is important that your country can support facebook ads.

I have tried old and new accounts with new credid car, ip, pc but every time facebook closed my accounts for ads
