He's a busy dude and he runs a software company. The reddit bot isn't the only bot he's selling by the way.

At least he will update the program if there happens to be bugs. Just be patient. He'll reply back sooner or later.

Totally understand, but I contacted their "24 hour skype support" multiple times to no avail.
