Hi guys,
In about a month we're releasing a new social bookmarking software called SocialRobot. Some of you might already know us - we're the creators of WikiRobot - wiki posting software. SocialRobot was built on a proven, solid WikiRobot core. Lots has also been added, revamped and improved.
SocialRobot is basically a complete solution to post social bookmarks. From account registration, email confirmation, posting, link verification and bunch of other useful inbuilt tools like PR checking, dead site removal, etc. It comes with basically everything you need to successfully post to social bookmarking sites. At the moment it supports the following social bookmarking platforms: Pligg, PHPDug, Scuttle, ScuttlePlus. We'll add more platforms till the release.
We have also included a "Demo Project" that contains 150 sites for you to experiment with. Here's a screenshot for you to get a general feeling of what we're talking about:
What's in it for you?
- you get to try the next best social bookmarking software before anyone else
- you get to build social bookmarks for free - we've provided you with a demo sites, but you can add as many of your own as you want
- once beta is closed, we'll select TOP 3 beta testers that we feel contributed the most in the beta testing phase, who will receive a free lifetime license
What we want from you?
- tell us what you think (what do you like?, what would you like us to improve?, what do you miss?)
- submit bug reports (SocialRobot comes with bug reporting facility, so there's basically nothing you have to do in case of a crash - just press the "submit" button and we'll fix the bugs)
- try it with your own social bookmarking sites and report sites that you know should work (have registration and posting open to public) but don't
- leave a review once we release the software
How to apply for beta testing?
To apply, please submit a support ticket at http://support.social-robot.net saying you'd like to beta test SocialRobot. Our staff will provide you with a beta license and installation instructions asap.
