What's happen?

Paid $1,800 on 25 September 2014 for 6 Months with 6 Keywords. Today 19 February 2015.

My rankings are worse than at the moment of my first post on 01-06-2015 and worse than 4 days ago.

146 days after paying $1,800, ALL of my 6 keywords sank to the absolute ZERO:

Are you ignoring what I wrote to your first complaint?

The site has been penalized. When a site gets hit all keywords will drop.

Here is an example on of the terms so people don't think im talking out my ass. Here is just one keyword of 6.

Why would I remove your links when you are ranking well. It just doesn't make sense.

You refuse to communicate with me. For what reason I do not know. And when your ranks drop you don't even consider asking me whats going on, instead you come to the thread demanding your money back. Work was done. I have costs and employees. I can't just give you your money back it doesnt work like that.

Ive offered to continue the work, there is still time remaining but again you refuse to cooperate.

Why don't you just PM me with the information so I can look like I've asked countless times. This is getting ridiculous.

Writing in huge red fonts isn't going to solve this any faster. WE have sent you countless emails, Skype messages, and PMs TRYING to resolve this but you repeatedly demanding on the thread for a refund isn't going to work, and that's not how we deal with customers. If you'd like to resolve this, please email us back or get in touch with us via Skype so we can help - but asking here for a refund repeatedly isn't going to work. This is a sales thread and not a ticket system for individual clients. Also, like Jon said - if you get in touch with us via email/Skype and show us that for some reason we have removed your links (which we haven't), then we will refund you. And the picture you sent above - what does that have to do with your campaign? Your links were never on those sites to begin with?

At the top of this image, there is an URL at Archive.org of an archive of one of your website saved on December 16, 2014:



Go to this full URL, and you will find out some of backlinks as:

arizona windshield repair
viagra super active
cheap website design
phone cases for galaxy s3

And so on... (more than 60 backlinks on one page)

Mine was there on December 16, 2014.

Today, February 20, 2015, on the current website, my backlink is no more there: Deleted.



Without any backlinks, my rankings are sank to the absolute ZERO:

As badly as I want to keep arguing with you this is going absolutely nowhere.

I don't know what sites those are. But it's possible they were built by one of my employees and I have no way to tell. Since we wanted to cut costs as much as possible I told them to not keep reports. The savings were suppose to carry on to the client as well. Obviously this concept was a big mistake as its cost me more than anything.

Refund will be processed within 24 hours. Good luck.

This service will be closed until further notice as I just don't have the motivation or will to work for free.
