301 to money site safe?

Hello, If i have a domian that 301's to my money site and i spam it with backlinks, would my money site or my 301 domain pointing to my money site get slapped? or both maybe?

If you spam it with backlinks Both will be slapped.

from what i can tell they wont, as i could 301 a slapped domain to my competitors site and have the negative effect go onto them, so google do now allow bad juice to go forward.
