Seen it. Its always a muslim account. I think they scrape a huge user list, divide into chucnks of 5ish and use a mass promotion feature. I've seen them F*ck up and do like "@ account" so it doesn't create a clickable link.

Looks like fb tokens to me. The tagging might be done on another bot, but the likes are from token. Some can even use the token for comments, but not too sure about tagging with it. Most of these ppl who gave their tokens (in return for tokens) are from middle east and asia.

I agree as well.

I know some people who are able to get massive traffic using fb tokens.
