Silly Problem Which Could Go Good Or Bad

hello

I'm talking with a user here on bhw about a fan page,

and he is selling it for big money, and I also got scammed 2 times for fan pages in like 2-3months

amd I'm crazy now I want to make this transaction as safe as possible.
I just wanna use escrow to pay him and get the fan page.. that way we r both safe.

I told the seller of the fan page we should use escrow. You people know about escrow right?

and he says it isn't available in his country. Can this be true??

He wants paypal (I pay big money, then he makes me admin) but that is also how I got scammed b4 It's so risky!

can escrow be not available in his country? He doesn't wanna say what country he is.

any suggestions here please, I'm very thankful
