You are looking at the top SERP results on google for my keywords correct?
You then find sites that link to those top sites and place links to my sites on those sites correct?
Will these links all be DF?
Are these sidebar links, in article contextual?
If this is safe linking at present why do you not offer reports?
I read somewhere that these are rented links. Does this mean you are merely the middle man for renting links from other sites?

My site is ranked on the first page, we hover around #4 and 5, but looking to get back up to #1. We were #1 in the past, but didn't do much seo work, whereas our competitors did.. so we dropped down. Looking to get back up a few spots.

Yes, these are DF. Mostly footer/sidebar links. And absolutely no reports. It doesn't matter if its safe or not, sharing reports will just increase the risk of issues. This is a typical approach which the majority of link sellers take to avoid problems. And yes, this is a link rental service so you pay to keep your links each month.
