I transferred the money to your panel to be able to get Facebook likes. Found a service called "Facebook Website Likes" and tried to place an order.

Apparently I misunderstood this service and my order failed. Now the product is completely removed from your panel.

But my money is still there of course. Given that the service I want is not available anymore, I no longer need to use your panel and wonder why if I can get a refund? PayPal ID 3C6490******2382P.

We did not have page likes on our panel aside from the American continent one at $20/1k. We cannot refund balances to paypal as per our TOS. Our margins are incredibly thin (literally cents for different services) and Paypal does not refund us the fee when processing a refund. It also hurts our standing with Paypal.That is why our policy is to only refund to the panels account balance.

Excellent service, ordered at 4pm, delivered by the next morning! Not only the amount but about double the amount. I really like that feature so as to take care of any drops. Very nice service and great interface with the API. Would highly recommend the service. Will try another review as well as get some paid services. A+++
