I know this is a blackhat site BUT just so buyers know what they are buying...
I Tracked a clients site hack back to them The script added to the server via a WP vulnerability starts up a proxy server they then sell on their site..

Just a warning if their site ever come back online (seems its offline now anyway) just know what you are buying...
There are better places to buy legit proxies...
