You can create up to 3 accounts on the same IP. Its not really worth it to spend $10 on an account to just use one coupon, because you cannot use more than 1 of these coupons on a new account, you can put in random info and choose bank account/check as the payment method and redeem the coupon, if they ban you, you can give them the info they ask for and they'll unban you again.

You can buy a VCC from the marketplace, but read this first:
