Yes, we allow nulled scripts. As for IPs, there's 1 IP included with the VPS and you can add up to 10 at $2/IP

Hi, I have 2 concerns:
1. How "offshore" is this? There are lots of offshore hosting out there proclaiming that they ignore DMCA, but they really don't.
I have a site hosted on an offshore hosting before. I got a DMCA complaint from a big company but they still took my site down.

2. Do you offer cPanel on your shared hosting? I don't really know how to use other than that.
