thank you sir, but I still have the same problem.. is checking the "add firewall rules" option while installing affect this? or maybe my antivirus did this? I don't get it. I've done everything correctly. why my laptop freeze and when I reset it. the exe file of GSA gone. the shortcut become blank instead.Which error are you getting exactly? It's possible that the software download isn't fully completing which is why its corrupt when you start it. Just PM'd you an alternative download link.
I've tried it sir, but still got the same problem..I updated no problems try uninstall and reinstall.

If the .exe file is going away, then your antivirus is probably deleting important files in the install and that's why its not working. Try completely disabling the a/v and installing and running it or adding exceptions to all the SER install folders. Something on your laptop is causing it :/

same problem here
Solved.. know what I did? I re-install my windows, clean install. and I install the latest NET framework. all works well. no problem at all. thanks for those who tried to help me. I appreciate it.. thank you![]()
Just letting you know it has nothing to do with .net framework, SER is made in Delphi and has no .net dependencies. Either way, glad the Windows reinstall helped.
