So, I was wondering why I haven't gotten paid by EPN yet, since it's late into the month. I logged into my account and realized I haven't filled out my tax info.

When I tried to update my tax info, it pops up a security question asking me some personal question.

I was like wtf, I don't remember answering any security questions or maybe I did and I just forgot. Unfortunately, I don't know the answer and I couldn't get pass this, so I can't fill out my tax, which means I won't get paid!

Am I allowed to change the answers to my security questions? If so, where can I do that?

you should try contact their support i guess .. no other way atleast what i know o_0 , hope you can get it fixed

hmm I don't know if you can. i think it mentions something about that when setting them up?
Did you buy the epn or did you set it up yourself? I know there was a couple issues I had when purchasing on here of the security questions being all ready set up but not given to me at the time. The seller ended up just giving me a new epn but I caught it before any traffic was sent.

I set it up myself, guess I'll need to set up another... god dammit! I had money in that account...

They are very specific that there is no way to retrieve those answers later. That's why when I set up mine I wrote the answers down and that way even if my hard drive crashes I'm golden. I'm thinking you're screwed and you'll probably not be able to do anything further with that account.

I'm very paranoid with stuff like that too. I wrote it down and I keep important info online in my main gmail folder.

I have the answer for you:

Go to Account - User Management

Create a new user which you make super user. Confirm the new email address, login, answer the security questions for your new user, remember the answers and update the payment details.
