In fact, simply doing a feature versus price comparison of web hosts is not really very useful since most people only use a subset of all features offered (and web hosts know it, and so bloat their feature list to get customers). Far more important, in my opinion, are the above things.

A VPS is not a good choice for sending out 20,000 emails per day, you should go with an entry level dedicated server. Are you going to send unsolicited emails?

20k emails per day on a vps? hmm I think most VPS provider are blocking such amounts - like other advice for your doings your should go with higher specs and not with a cheap solution
